Small\/medium business<\/summary>\n

The System is completely in the cloud, managed by us, without the need for local installations. For small entities, the project provides for back-office and front-office training separately, after a meeting on the general architecture of the system. Standard reporting can be customised in form and content. Communication with accounting is always possible with file exchange or ad hoc integration.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Enterprise<\/summary>\n

In large enterprise projects, the system is introduced with a complex design, integrating ABC in the context of information systems such as AFC, HR and others. Matisse has long experience in these projects, which it has carried out in an international environment for decades.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Media Center<\/summary>\n

The ABC Suite is a product developed entirely by Matisse for managing the active and passive billing cycles of medium-sized companies involved in advertising planning.

\u201cThe product interfaces natively with the Media Consultants Suite in a two-way communication flow: it receives the planning from Ad*Box and sends back the information relevant to the invoices sent or received, as to allow the media planner to have evidence of the administrative management of the plannings.\u201d

ABC is used by most of the media centers operating in Italy.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Web agency<\/summary>\n

ABC Suite has a specifically designed module implemented to communicate directly with different interlocutors. These interlocutors include Netbox, where an integrated system optimized to manage Intercompany orders has been developed.

\u201cABC is the modern answer to the new requirements demanded by the digital management of the agencies involved in the planning for the digital market.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Creative agency<\/summary>\n

ABC is a tool designed for the specific needs of creative agencies.

The module relative to the commercial offers allows accounts to establish commercial policies regarding sales prices and payment rules, to analyse the status and progress of negotiations, to monitor the revenue generated by a single estimate and to monitor the progress of each individual project.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Advertiser<\/summary>\n

Matisse has implemented ad hoc tools for the specific solutions requested by the advertiser, that necessitated of a better managing of all the information related to the world of advertising.

\u201cThrough the reading of planning data, Matisse managed the automatic uploading of PO numbers to financial systems, the automation of the recording of cost invoices, and the control of the status of payments to suppliers.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
